Integrating dreams into waking life entails refraining from interpreting them. Dreams speak in analogies. It is sufficient to recognize the analogy to waking life and respond to it in the same language: the language of the dream.
To integrate a dream into wakeful state, one re-enters the dream image through a process of guided mental imaging and continues its process by exploring it, and making any alterations one envisions as healing. One can then transcend the original image and enlarge it, to support an intention to change one’s life, health, and relationships as desired.
