The Creative Encounters approach is practiced primarily on an individual basis. Both children and adults benefit from the undivided attention an individual session can afford. When couples and families are introduced to this practice, each person develops a unique way of expressing and relating.
The focus of the Creative Encounters approach is on present feelings and sensations. Through mental imaging and/or art making, we give them form so we can take charge, reshape them, and create a new form, which we consciously choose.
